Project Title - Online Appointment Scheduling System merged with Web Advertising for Company XYZ Ltd.

I need to find one issue which was lack of an appointment scheduling system. And give a solution which would be to implement an online appointment scheduling system to allow customers to book their own appointment with a call or text reminder for their appointment. Currently appointments are made via phone calls and then written down on a notepad which they then transfer to a word document. A photo is sent via text to the team going out to do the service.

An issue it that an office clerk may inform the customer of their appointment time but then forget to write it down so the team is not aware and does not arrive at the customer at the time given resulting in customer dissatisfaction.

What would be the scope?

Define the problem within the current system, this is related to processing data.

Top level functional requirements - the main functionalities that you are going to provide. These functionalities should solve the associated problems of the current system. The functionality should say what the system will be capable of doing think what the users can do with the software, think of outputs - reports, query results. Between 6 - 10.

Skills - It is required to learn and develop several skills in order to successfully complete the product. Explain? Examples of skills that should be acquired are: research, project management, SSADM, programming languages etc.

Objectives of the proposal- each objective should lead to a deliverable, something tangible, for example a document, something that we can measure to see if you have achieved it.
