Background:

You are an application developer working at a company called Hipster Donuts. Your company bakes and distributes donuts to hip coffee shops in Minnesota cities, such as Saint Paul and Duluth. Salespeople work on commission, so calculating their pay including their commission is important to them. Your development team is planning to add a pay calculator to the company's internal employee website to make it easier for the donut salespeople to calculate their pay.
