Provide 5 questions in each area of S, P, I & N on a cell phone. You will use these at your discovery appointment, so make them good. In this meeting you will be asking these questions to your client to assist you in putting together your final presentation. Your questions should build upon each other. Make sure you are not asking questions that should know from your research. Please review the question in the SPIN book that I have uploaded into this module. You will be selling 100 phones to a Biola University Buyer. You should go into the first call assignment as well to help you in building your list of questions. IE: S: Why are you looking for new copiers? Answer: we had an issue come up and it showed us that we need to provide this service for our employees. P: What was the issue that arose that alerted you that you needed to provide this service? Answer: Our employees were spending an extra 60-90 minutes each day to get the work done they needed to get done because we do not have copiers in easy locations for all of our employees to get to. I: Since the employees are spending the extra 60-90 minutes to get their work done, what type of issues are these causing for your employees and your company. Answer: Most companies today are doing more with less, so this is causing our employees to be less effective. This effects about 100 employees. So if we have 100 employees spending an extra 60 - 90 minutes to get these copies made, they are losing ground on keeping caught up and doing more important things. (Note, you can take this further and find out an average of how much an employee makes, or take a guess with minimum wage, etc. Say an average employee makes $20/hour x 100 employees X 1.5 hours. You can see that this would add up) N: If you were able to provide these employees access to equipment that would take that extra 60 - 90 minutes and give it back to the employee what type of benefit would the organization receive from this?
