Provide a comment to this discussion: What specifically can be done to improve education in the United States is to foster an effective learning environment and this can be done through different methods such as; increasing teaching salaries and benefits in order to have enough qualified educators to educate the students, shifting focus from preparation for exams to a more holistic approach to education that encourages critical thinking skills, improved school spending that supplies school supplies like notebooks, pencils, erasers, etc... to students, improved facilities for students and teachers to work and study in$.$ Finland is a great case study of this as schools are equitably funded from taxation, use of test grades to accommodate to give the student a better chance of academic success, and the high standard of teachers, all primary school teachers in Finland must have a master's degree.
