Conflict Management

School C has 40 teachers. The teachers are divided into different groups, where one group may not be necessarily agreeing to the other group. Though they behave professionally in school, there are instances that the organization is no longer healthy and collegial due to conflict and misunderstanding that have rooted through years. As a Principal, how will you mitigate the issue? Prepare a Conflict Management Plan (CMP) that will minimize conflict, if not solved, among the members in the organization, with the end-view of increasing school performance.
