Perform the following steps with each of the four colleagues to coach them on-the-job and within common commercial time constraints: Explain to the colleague the overall purpose of the coaching. Clearly explain and demonstrate the specific skills being coached. Communicate the required background knowledge and additional information to the colleague. .
