If we email a resident or customer, we include the office in the email. At first, I thought that was invading the privacy of the receiver. But I noticed when someone is off, we can still help because we were included in the email and know the context of the situation. In addition, if anything needs to be completed, we make sure everyone knows it's completed. Each person understands what duties belong to them and we have clear expectations. These characteristics help us be productive and successful.
