2) Explain, discuss and critique how the articles illustrate one or more theoretical or conceptual principles of cross-cultural management. Discuss the assumptions of these principals and analyse the situation or challenge from a cross-cultural perspective. Base your explanations on the concepts/frameworks/theories covered in cross-cultural management.

3) Identify and discuss challenges that arise when managing multinational enterprises in the global market (e.g., challenges reflected/discussed in the media article). You can also refer to other academic and media sources (with proper citations) to support your arguments.

4) Provide recommendations which may address such challenge(s).
