Provide an assignment in its current form from a classroom or content area. Provide the instructions, steps, rubric, or any other details to help provide context for the purpose of the assignment.

Apply DI strategies and grading approaches to modify the current assignment. Either rewrite the project/assignment or add the DI components into the existing plan.

Provide a clear guide for how grading was done originally and how it will be adjusted through the use of DI. Attach any examples of worksheets or scaffolding tools. If an individual creates tiered resources, please include these as working examples.

an individual may develop this as a narrative, create a table, utilize a Venn diagram, or create another form of written explanation. Make sure each of the components are clearly labeled and described.

The rubric provides more details concerning the number of elements and items necessary within each component. The required elements are:

• Original example of assignment or project
• 3 DI strategies and grading approaches applied to original example
• Examples of DI resources and grading approaches (including homework, group/individual time, etc). Examples should be explained or accompanying the assignment.
