The noise added to the input must use the Additive White Gaussian Noise function AWGN(). The input signal will be two added sinusoids, of frequencies 1209 Hz and 697 Hz. The system has no knowledge of whether or not the two signals are present in the noise. The MATLAB code must determine and make a decision whether or not one, both, or neither of the two frequencies are present, based on the noisy input received.
