Pseudocode is required for this program. Please give commands to the computer and not just copy the instructions given.

Partial credit will be given in the program if you comment your code and I can see you had the right idea even if its not working correctly. It is better to write comments for parts of the program you cannot figure out than to write nothing at all.

Read the directions for the program carefully before starting. Make sure you understand and ask if the directions are unclear.

Fruit stand

You have a little fruit stand that delivers

Write a program to ask for the customer name, display a menu asking for the type of fruit, ask for how many pounds (minimum is 1 pound, set to 1 if less than 1 pound), ask for optional delivery (1 for yes), calculate the total, calculate sales tax of 8% on total, tack on delivery charge (if any), then print the bill. Delivery cost is $0.69 per pound with maximum delivery charge of $5.00. The information is:

Now print the bill as follows:

Create your pseudocode first and put it in the comments at the top of your program (required). Don't forget your name at the top in comments also.

You may use the Scanner class or the Dialog boxes to get the user's input. You do not need to format your output beyond that which has been shown.
