$9.$ Create your Printers $($create at least one for this project please!$)$:

$$ Go to Printers and Scanners tool on your AD Server and "Add a Printer". Since you don't have an actual printer, we will simulate a printer. You can do this as follows:

o Go to Printers and Faxes tool

o Choose Add a Printer or Scanner

o Select The printer that I want isn't listed

o Choose Add a local printer...$($at the bottom radio button$)$

o Leave the default of Use an existing port: LPT$1$

o Choose Generic on the left and Generic $/$Text Only on the right

o Leave the default of Use the driver that is currently...

o Give the printer a good name like: $"$HP$\_$LJ$1320\_$sales"

o Leave the default to Share this printer...

o Once the printer installation is complete, it will show up on your printers list and you can Manage it$.$ Go to Printer Properties and review the Sharing and Security tabs$.$ Notice the check box for listing in directory.

$$ Set the permissions for your printer so that all$\_$printers$\_$SG can print to it$.$

$$ Remember that nbrasil, lcloser, and czellet are in the built$-$in Print Operators group and will be able to manage the printer. You can also assign other permissions here.

$10.$ Log in to your PC$01$ using users created in Active Directory Users and Computers

$11.$ Properly stop your VMs$,$ starting with your client and then your AD Server.
