Purcon Construction Ltd, Signed a road construction work for 1^st Class grading of road and construction of five culverts from Bonsa to Apowa in the Western Region of Ghana. The company has submitted three interim certificates and the final certificate the Metropolitan Assembly Engineer. Before settling the third certificate the Quality Officer sported some defects and decided to set aside a percentage of the certificate value amount.
