Create a flow chart that demonstrates a revised baggage handling process described in the video. You can draw the flow chart on paper, take a photo using your phone, and upload to the discussion forum. Please do not attach your image - click on the "image" button to embed it on the page (please see the screen shot below). Or you could use a Word or PPT file to create your flow chart, save it as an image, and add to your post.
