Purpose

Project Management tools are critical to managing the project. Most project management tools can plan, manage, and develop resource estimates. Depending on the complexity of the software, options available can provide capabilities to manage estimation, planning, scheduling, cost control, budget management, resource allocation, collaboration software, communication, decision-making, quality management, time management, and administration systems.

This research project entails reviewing a minimum of four (4) of the top Project Management Tools: Complete a comparison chart of the tools you selected (your comparison should include a minimum of 10 features of the product).

Evaluate the pros and cons of each tool.

Analyze the content of each tool for ease of use, training, etc.

Does the tool include or should it include reporting needed to support the stakeholder community?

Does the tool include or should it have the ability to quickly identify tasks behind or ahead, potential risks, and support status reporting?
