The purpose of this report is to identify at least $6$ inherent risks involved in the operations of various sectors and recommend$/$research on mitigation measures that can be applied to the risk.

By anticipating business risks and acting accordingly, the severity of each risk can be dramatically reduced thus maximizing business control.

The risks identified for this report can be classified into $3$ tier$-$one and $3$ tier$-$two risks.

Tier$-$one risks have both a high probability of occurrence and a significant loss in actual or potential revenue. $(3$ points$)$ Tier$-$two risks have a lower probability of occurrence and$/$or are associated with small losses in revenue. Tier$-$two risks often have a smaller severity and are therefore less threatening to the business. $(3$ points$)$
