2. Choose three interviews to:
   1. Analyze the questions and answers given
   2. Compare them to one another and apply the class content

The goal is to reflect on how each approaches their leadership role and how this approach mirrors her personality, her technique for motivating staff and how all of this aligns with her vision for the Center.
