The purpose of this assignment is to analyse programming problems and determine

requirements to solve the problems.

You are required to design a program for BJ Parking Ticket System. This program will be

installed in every automated parking ticket machine. Each visitor will insert their parking ticket

to pay the parking charges. Upon inserting the ticket, the machine will automatically calculate

the parking charges based on hours and minutes. The tariff rates charges as stated below:

The parking charges will then be displayed at the screen and the visitor will then make

payment in notes. Only RM$10\mathrm{.}00,$ RM$5\mathrm{.}00$ and RM$1\mathrm{.}00$ notes are acceptable. The machine is

able to dispense change in notes and the parking ticket will be printed out stated the hours

and minutes, payment charges and balance if any. Payment receipt can be printed out if the

visitor press receipt button.
