The purpose of this assignment is to develop learners ability to identify and analyse the competitive position of an organisation in the industry.

REQUIREMENT

You are required to carry out brief research on these three selected organisations; Open University Malaysia, Wawasan Open University and Asia e-University.

For each of this organisation, analyse its critical success factors and prepare a competitive profile matrix. Explain your findings with regards to the competitiveness of each organisation within the industry.

Prepare your report based on the following guidelines:

Introduction to each of the organisation.
