PURPOSE

The purpose of this assignment is to develop learners$$ ability to explain the selected principles of law pertaining to contracts. Additionally, learners will develop the skills to assess the application of the legal principles in practical contexts.

REQUIREMENT

Evaluate the circumstances that occur prior to the formation of a contract that may impair the validity of the contract. Illustrate with examples the legal implications of such contracts. Recommend the amendments that need to be made to Malaysian law pertaining to this issue.

$1.$ Introduction on the meaning of contract was very clear. Able to identify ALL the elements of a valid contract. Able to refer to relevant provisions of the Contracts Act $1950$ and case law.

$2.$ Evaluation of all factors that may impair the validity of a contract with reference to relevant legal authorities.
