Purpose This assignment is designed to help students document for all of the activities they engage in to meet the objective and course outcomes outlined in the learning agreement and to complete the practicum work. The Practicum Log reflects all of the time and activities the student spends completing the practicum requirements. It identifies the Nurse Executive CGE activities and tracks a student's hourly practicum hours, helping a student realize where time has been spent and what has been accomplished. Due Date: Sunday 11:59 p.m. MT at the end of Weeks 1-8 Total Points Possible: 100 Points (10 points each weeks 1-8) REQUIREMENTS 1. Complete the weekly Practicum Log using the form provided 2.
