The team is tasked with ensuring all patient records are available when needed. When the night shift work is not completed during the shift, the day shift specialists start the day running behind. Scenario $3$The ROI team handles requests for patient records from a wide range of sources. The turnaround time for requests needs to be $5$ days or less. Recently, the team has not been meeting this standard and turnaround times have increased to $8-10$ days. The manager has asked the team to improve its performance.
