Using the scenario you chose in Module $2,$ you will use the principles of cultural intelligence learned in this course to identify the critical issues and describe how you would now approach the situation in order to seek a resolution. Follow these steps:

I think that Kaila, being the person in charge of leading the working group, should have taken into account that all the people who make it up are different, in terms of age and culture.

The barriers I found in the team were the lack of communication and ignoring the opinions of others, no matter how young people are, they always have something to contribute since they have a fresh mind and new ideas.

I would recommend Kaila to build better communication between team members to avoid differences, this is achieved with integration activities so that they get to know each other a little better. You should consider and take into account all the opinions of the team members, at least listen to their points of view and take into account those that are in the best interest of the team.
