A political scientist wanted to know if there was a difference between education and political affiliation. They sampled 176 people. They are categorized on whether they have no degree or a bachelor's degree and whether they are a democrat, republican, or independent.
The data are summarized below -
Bachelor's degree & Democrat - 53
Bachelor's degree & Republican - 38
Bachelor's degree & Independent - 6
No college degree and Democrat - 33
No college degree and Republican - 44
No college degree and Independent - 2
Analyze the above data using the appropriate tool(s) in SPSS. Calculate the percentage of cases in each cell as well.
