Make a plot (histogram or pie chart) visualizing the frequency of peoples favorite color

Colors = Red, Yellow, Blue, Green #list of colors

Number = 5, 1, 7, 3 #number of people that liked the color (ie red = 5, yellow =1)

I cannot use dictonaries. I have to represent that data as a list then create plots with labels. Y axis would be # of people, x axis will be favorite color

I know to start with importing matplotlib and using plt.hist() but I am unsure how to go about this since the first list is a list of strings.
