Note that this file can be very lage though for this question, there's only three records.

There can be max of $4$ services provided per customer and for each customer the number of services can be different $-$ as you can see in the above example,

Tax Associates Inc receives $3$ services and Auto Services receives $2$ services and so on$....$

The $4$ services company provides are listed in three lists as shown below with the service codes, service descriptions and their prices
