Python coding problem related to API calls

So now I have a CSV file with API key, API name, the server name, the API endpoints and the parameters

first I need a function to read CSV file to get the API Key, API name, the server name, the API endpoint and the parameters

then to fill in the following

headersAPI = { 'Authorization': 'Key XXXXXXXXXXXXXX', } r = requests.get( 'https://{server name}/{api name}/{API endpoint}?{api parameters)', headers=headersAPI )

Then, once the get is performed , I need that to perform a looping test to see the status

something like

criteria = 200 if val == criteria: print("pass") else: print("fail")
