(common chars.py): Calculate the set of characters that appear more than k times in the input string, along with their number of occurrences. Write a function called common chars that accepts two arguments. First argument is the string input phrase, and the second argument is the k value. The return value of the function should be a dictionary, where keys are characters and values are counts greater than or equal to k. For example, calling common chars(The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog, 2) should return {t: 2, h: 2, e: 3, : 8, u: 2, r: 2, o: 4}
