I need help updating this scenario that was given to me. I need to add a function and a list or dictionary

Scenario: If the weather is 30-50 outside, you decide to wear a hoodie or a jacket. Unless the weather outside is from 50-70, you decide to just wear a sweater or T-shirt, and if the weather outside is 70-90, go to the beach!
