Define a list with entries indexed from 0 to lastVertex named BigVertex. BigVertex[i] should hold the degree of vertex i. So please write code which uses myMatrix to fill in BigVertex.

Write a function findVertexDeg(Matrix, Deg) which is passed the adjacency matrix and an empty list, and fills in Deg list. Then, use the function to fill in myMatrix.
