Python program: Using while loop

follow below steps:

a. get the list of numbers from user

b. ask user to enter any number (number)

c. display the numbers that are on the list which are greater or equal to the entered number

d. display the numbers that are less than entered number

output will be like:

enter list of number = [1 2 3 5 6 7 8 9 -10 ]

enter a number = 4

number greater or equal to 4 = [5,6,7,8,9]

number smaller than 4 = [-10,1,2,3]
