Start a list with the numbers 1 2 3 4 ... 10 in it any way you can.

Print the first list all at once.

Then using a loop, create a 2nd list with every number in the 2nd list equal to the number in the first list plus 5.

Print out the second list, first all at once, then one number per line.

Then delete one element from the list at random.

Print out the new list all at once.
