Write and test a function to meet this specification.

toNumbers(strList) strList is a list of strings, each of which represents a number. Modifies each entry in the list by converting it to a number. 

To test the function above, write a function named main that creates a hard-coded list of strings, proves that each element in the list is a str by using the built-in type function, and then calls the function above.

After the function call to toNumbers print the list again and prove that each element is now an int.
