How can you make tuples that consist of two values of same value but different object?

In other words, a tuple (x,y) needs to execute x==y as True but x is y as False.

Does that mean that if I do something like (3,y) then the value of y needs to be 3 but in terms of different object other than integer?

Could you give me some examples?
