PYTHON PROGRAMMING

Please extend the Account class located in bank.py (https://github.com/prubach/Python_Winter_2022_2/blob/master/bank.py)

filling in the TODOs and implementing exceptions that will be thrown in the following cases:

1. a negative amount is passed to deposit or to charge

2. charge is attempted but there is not enough money on the account.

Add some try... except block in the code at the bottom to demonstrate and intercept the exceptions that may be thrown.
