A city is issuing tickets to drivers who speed past the speed limit$.$

The speed limit is $30$ miles per hour!

Enter the number of drivers being issued tickets for the month.

If the driver is driving the speed limit of $30$ miles per hour then tell them thank you for following the speed limit$.$

If the driver is going $1$ to $4$ miles over the speed limit then give them a warning.

If the driver is going $5$ to $10$ miles over the speed limit then issue a flat $$100\mathrm{.}00$ fine.

If the driver is going $11$ miles per hour or more over the speed limit then issue the flat $$100\mathrm{.}00$ fine and then an additional $1\mathrm{.}5$ times the flat fine.

Show the output stating the speed limit$.$

Show the output for the driver if the driver is following the speed limit$.$

Show the output for the driver if they are slightly over the speed limit $1$ to $4$ miles per hour.

Show the output for each driver and the fine amount if they are $5$ to $10$ miles per hour over the limit$.$

Show the output for each driver if they are $11$ miles or more per hour over the limit and show the number of miles over the speed limit as well and show the fine amount calculated with the flat fine and $1\mathrm{.}5$ fine total.
