Q$.1($a$)$ To study the traffic flow patterns on a midblock road section, a traffic enforcement department collected vehicular trajectory data in on a certain direction by means of a newfy deployed automated image processing tool. As a part of the study, time space plots of the vehicles are plotted as shown in figure below with nomenclature. As a traffic analysist interpret each of the term$/$scenario in traffic engineering point of view. Further provide a methodology to compute traffic flow, speed and density using the nomenclature ferms. How this analysis can be used to asses traffic safety and driving habits towards a suitable policy formulation.
