Q$1$: An asphalt pavement is constructed using $5\%$ asphalt cement $(G=1\mathrm{.}03)$ by weight of

total mix and non$-$absorbed aggregate with bulk $G=2\mathrm{.}65.$ The relative compaction of the

compacted pavement is $98\%.$ The Marshall specimen for the laboratory compacted

mixture yields the following results, dry weight in air $=1210gm,$ saturated surface dry

weight $=1212gm,$ weight in water $=695gm.$ Determine if the compacted pavement is

satisfying the requirements of durability or not.
