The horizontal concrete slabs (both floor and roof slabs) are to be 6'' thick, 3500 psi and have # 5 rebar at 12'' OC east/west and 16 OC north/south (both top/bottom). Two ten-foot-tall, vertical concrete walls are to be 12'' thick with # 9 vertical, rebar at 12 OC to support the roof. Please note, the east and west concrete walls have a 4-foot center gap to separate the bedroom from the living area. Assume a 10% concrete waste during pouring/finishing.
