Hint: Remember that you can do this in two steps:

Step $1)$ Update the first set of indices

Step $2)$ Update the second set of indices.

Also remember that Python is zero based index.

As an example, if I wanted to add $10$ to the values in the indices from $100$ to $110($including the element in the $110$ index$)$ I could write my code as follows:
