Case study Andrew is a Senior Design Engineer with more than 10 years of experience is designing a business software. He has been working in this company called Omegaz since he graduated from the university. He is very hardworking, works diligently, and well-received by his fellow colleagues in the department and organisation. Due to his consistent good performance, recently, he is promoted as a Manager of the Design Department. He is now having the responsibilities to lead 8 other engineers in the Design Department. Andrew started his first duty to take over the supervision of the 8 engineers. These 8 engineers are currently assigned into 2 groups to handle two different projects. Team A is led by John while Team B is led by Vincent. Team A and team B were formed around two weeks ago in order to complete the projects.
