Take any EdTech project that the company works/worked on. (1 mark)

In the beginning of the presentation please focus on identification and selection of that project by the company. (1 mark)

Formulate the Project scope statement for that project as shown in Fig. 5.10. (3 marks)

Sketch out a Baseline Project Plan as shown in Fig. 5.9. (3 marks)

Also access the feasibility of that project in terms of economic, operational, technical, scheduling, legal, contractual as well as political aspects. (2 marks)
