Q1. This will be a group activity with a group of Max 5 students. We are going to draft a comprehensive Health and Safety Program adhering to the OSHA specific to the Construction industry. The company has about 50 workers in field and 30 people in office. The policy will include additional part other than H & S, like Harassment policy, Violence, Employment standards, code of conduct etc. For office draft H and S and training for fire, first aid, ergonomics, emergency plan etc. For site you will have additional part like Heat cold, back care, eye, head, foot, ear, skin, hand, full protection, ladder, trenching. Scaffolding etc. EMS, safety assessment etc. also needs to be added. Assign the role and responsibility of the employer, supervisor, and the employees, Please add your thought on various ways on making sure the protocols are being followed At the end add a case study debriefing the cause, investigation and leaming outcomes so that we don't make same mistake again
