Q1 Vision Construction Sdn Bhd (VCSB) is undertaking a construction project with a six(6) month duration. At the end of each month, VCSB will submit monthly progress claim to the client for the works completed during the month. The client pays the monthly progress claim one (1) month after the progress claim has been received. For example, VCSB will receive payment for works completed during March on 30 April. The owner also hold 10% of the payment as retention. Final payment will be paid six (6) month after completion of the project and will include payment of the retention. VCSB pays material suppliers in full when it receives payment from the owner. VCSB pays subcontractor when it receives payment from the owner but withholds 10% from the subcontractor's payment. MCSB pays for labor wages in full on monthly basis. The projected monthly material costs, labor costs and subcontractor claim, as well as VCSB's monthly progress claim is as shown in Table Q1. Determine total monthly cash flow of the project generated at the end of each month.
