Therefore, this essay would discuss the various method and their importance in the following paragraphs with relevant evidence and a lucid conclusion.

 

Firstly, connecting with students through creating a physical as well as virtual social spaces so that they can communicate with each other and also to engage and learn with their local peers.uana Du says that, by preparing virtual spaces on different platforms, student are initiated by committees as well as by associations. This type of associations plays a important role in students life by helping them to get connected with international students and other local peers. In this orientations, students can understand each others point of view very well and also create mutual understanding and their sense of respecting each others belongings. Author also recommend that, putting the students in different group projects or assignments, it helps the students to learn how to work in a group, understanding other students point of view and also evolve students academic proficiency.

Secondly, an integrated approach creates learning experiences that call on more than one discipline or subject such as cross-discipline assignments or units. When International and domestic students studies together they came to about each others culture and gain knowledge inclusively. This, result as a getting emotionally attached with other students and can understand each others language easily. She said that, by dividing the time of students studies and adding the curriculum, social learning and doing interactions classes with their classmates should be their part of acquiring credits score for their academic studies. It is also recommend that work like; on academic learning outcomes and soft interpersonal skills should be allot. Moreover, professors teaching in the universities can also research on prospect of presenting the various linguistic as well as cultural programs that can be organised by international students and should be accessible to all students and learners in the community.

 

Furthermore, encouraging all the international and domestic students to be a part of open campus culture and bringing them together. Many educational institutions or campus uplift the students who come from other countries and the students who have different backgrounds of different cultures to participate in the activities. This led to a  upgrade an broad attitude towards the variety of culture. Juana Du describes that in the past years, many universities or colleges while organising the Orientation programs or other types of activities, they divide the students based on that they are international or domestic and it results to increase the cultural gaps on the universities due to less interactions among them. From the research, it focal point that variety of campus culture respect each others values and point of view, their differences, similarities and also appreciate an individuals participation as well as stands up with  peers of their social interactions. 

 

Conclusion:- After pondering over great deal of thoughts and deliberation, it can be concluded that in order to help international students to survive in new surroundings, several techniques can be used beyond orientation. However, it will lead to their personality development as they will learn and value the skills of learning and work. Overall, it will also lead to social development of various communities.
