Below is the network diagram as well as the times and costs for a project that needed to be crashed.

It is intended to crash the project by 3 days

a) Complete a precedence table for this network showing all activities, predecessors and duration.

b) Determine the critical path and the duration of the project.

c) Using Excel Solver, determine what activities should be crashed and by how many days.

e) The cost of crashing for the 3 days and hence the total cost of the project after crashing
