You work for a Pakistan based television network. The network operates four television channels which includes a news channel, an entertainment channel, a sports channel and a cooking channel. Since, the CEO of the netwok is well aware about the popularity of Turkish television serials in Pakistan, he has decided to launch a dedicated channel that will broadcast Turkish material to the audience in Pakistan. The CEO feels that the new channel with Turkish theme will be able to gain significant attention of the people who are willing to see more and more Turkish material. In this regard, the CEO has promoted you to the rank of GM of this to be launched channel and have asked you to strickly broadcast the material as per the theme. However, the regulatory body i.e. PEMRA (Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority) requires that no more than 5% of the material broadcasted is of foreign origin. How will you deal with the situation?
