Maryam is a very hard working and a passionate employee; she has successfully built good relations with her colleagues. The senior management has recognized her for having a high potential. However, Maryam was not satisfied with her job. Maryam is interested in understanding how marketing can be done more effectively and at all levels of her organizations on social media. So she wanted to quit her job and find something which suits better to her passion. But due to her unfortunate financial conditions she could not quit her job. Maryam now started to reorganize her current job. Instead of monitoring her team's performance and answering questions, Maryam wanted to pursue other more creative projects which inspired her. Maryam now considers modifying her relationship with her team. She devised strategies that incorporated her passion for social media marketing. The then went ahead and identified members of her team who might be able to help her in implementing her new strategies.
