Statistical quality control - uses data analysis to detect and analyze problem situations

1) Identify a technology firm and look for a quality plan for a project. Evaluate the plan, identify the quality of the plan in the context of IT project management, and identify how to plan for it. Is the plan comprehensive, formal or informal, detailed or broad and general? What attributes of quality were evident?
