Use this template to complete the new quality plan for US Corp $($USCO$).$ Modify the template as needed to complete the exercise. Some information is provided to give you a head start. These pre$-$filled areas may be modified. As instructed in the exercise, add clauses to existing sections of the quality plan to take USCO in a new more successful direction based on what you learned in this course.

Introduction

This document constitutes the Quality Plan of US Corp $($USCO$).$

Purpose and Objectives

The Quality Management team assures the quality of deliverables and the quality of the processes and procedures used to manage and develop the deliverables.

The purpose of this document is to describe the necessary information required to effectively manage quality, from project planning to delivery, comprising quality objectives, roles and responsibilities, and the Quality Management approach to ensure that the quality objectives are achieved.

The intended audience are the project teams and any senior leaders whose support is needed to carry out the plan.

Reviews and approval

This Quality Plan is to be continually reviewed, and any changes to the plan will be handled by the procedure for Change Management.

This plan will be submitted for approval by the senior leadership team.
